Al has worked with twenty-three different healthcare organizations over the past three decades. He has trained product specialists, clinical specialists, service sales specialists, inside sales, field service engineers, marketing and all levels of sales management. 

SPECIALIST IN THE BUILDING MATERIALS INDUSTRY
Al Patey has also worked with fourteen different organizations in the building materials industry. He has trained inside salespeople, outside salespeople, retail salespeople, product specialists and tech reps sales managers and marketing. He has taught several organizations how to conduct “value proposition interviews” getting valuable information about future trends and changes in their industry.

SPECIALIST IN TRAINING FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS
Al Patey has worked with thousands of field service engineers in different organizations teaching them to sell service contracts, upgrades and add-ons. He teaches them how to solicit leads for salespeople.

Al Patey is the president and founder of Paradigm Training. He has conducted seminars on sales psychology and coaching since 1989. Al has taught sales training seminars all over the world including: Canada, Australia, England, Germany, China, Thailand, India, Singapore and USA.
