A pre-training interview is conducted to fully understand your product line, industry and daily selling scenarios. Specific selling issues and problems are identified that will be incorporated into the training. If possible, Al Patey will travel with sales reps to audit their selling techniques.
A facilitative style of training promotes maximum participation. Activities include: group discussion, individual and group workshops, role plays, video analysis and scripting exercises.
Several salespeople are video taped prior to and during the training. These are analyzed during the training.
